Busch (welding engineer) and our plant manager Mr Gottwald (auditor and welding expert) ensure that, in the critical area of joining technology, perfect results are achieved, complete with all the necessary welding certificates, process inspections and testing,and product approvals.
• At Modersohn, we have a team of stainless steel experts to advise you. Mr Modersohn is an honorary member of the Executive Board of the Information Office for Stainless Steel, Düsseldorf, at the German Steel Centre. He advises customers from the construction industry and civil engineering on the use of stainless steel grades.
• We recruit a large proportion of our skilled production staff from our own in-house construction mechanic training scheme. Our construction mechanics undergo 3 1/2 years of training. With their acquired expertise in the fields of technology, materials and manufacturing, they then continue their professional career at Modersohn. This ensures continuity and a consistently high level of quality in production.
