Our Service

  • Just like our laser systems, our waterjet-cutters operate in 2 and 3 shifts and on most Saturdays. This ensures speedy delivery of all your urgently needed cut parts and components.
  • We stock a wide range of quarto plate thicknesses, from 10 -  60 (110) mm in 1.4301/1.4307, 1.4404/1.4571 and lean duplex stainless steel 1.4362.
  • 24-hour service for smaller order quantities available on request.

  • Cut qualities: fine cut, quality cut, simple separating cut (please specify when submitting your enquiry, or request a sample if you are unsure!)
  • Metal sheet thicknesses up to 150 mm and more (depending on cutting speed)
  • Material: stainless steel, standard steel, aluminium, copper, brass, plastic
  • Profile shapes: Sheets / panels, square tubes and other profiles, such as angles, channels etc. on request

We have leading edge waterjet cutting equipment, which is faster than conventional systems thanks to a cutting pressure capacity of > 6000 bar and a multi-axis controlled cutting head.
The special shape of the cutter and cutting head even enables angled cutting of
metal edges. The high pressure output can be optimally utilised by simultaneously cutting several metal sheets/panels placed on top of one another. This dispenses with the need for frequent panel changing.

A working pressure of 6500 bar enables fast and cost-effective cutting of even thick stainless steel sheets - as with plasma cutting. However, compared to plasma cutting, the cut edge is considerably more accurate and is better for subsequent turning or machining. For these reasons, an increasing number of customers are opting to buy cost-effective waterjet-cut parts that have been cut at a feed rate of almost 100% and at more than 6000 bar.
