  • Our waterjet and laser cutters mean that we can also manufacture interconnecting profiles. Requiring just a simple welded tack point for position stability, these can then be used to manufacture precise, distortion-free and load-bearing profiles.
  • State-of-the-art folding and profile bending machines with precise measuring equipment (such as laser scanning) enable optimum control of all angles and radii during the forming processes.
  • We can produce cold-formed profiles from sheet metal up to 15 mm thick.

Stainless steel profiles made of Mat. 1.4362 - lean duplex steel

The cost-effective alternative in corrosion resistance class III (other options: 1.4404/1.4571). We offer quick and reliable manufacture of stainless steel profiles from sheet metal - edged or bent. We can handle sheet thicknesses of 0.5 to 20 mm. Depending on the type of profile, we can process lengths of up to 4000, 6000 or 12,000 mm. Our presses enable extremely precise forming, up to +/- 0.3° angular accuracy of stainless steel profiles. This allows the extremely precise manufacture of polygon profiles through to hollow parts, within the scope of the respective sheet thickness tolerances.

We also offer steel bars and customised profiles - whether rolled or drawn, plasma or laser-welded.

As a specialist welding company with certification to DIN 18800-7, amongst others, we are permitted to lengthen profiles subject to static and other dynamic loads. This means that we can also produce customised lengths from shorter stock lengths - quickly and cost-effectively.

We can also produce special formats of flat steels and thick profile bars quickly and cost-effectively by laser, plasma or waterjet cutting.
