We have several hydraulic folding presses, which enable us to manufacture profiles in all shapes and sizes, from sheet thicknesses of 0.5 – 20 mm. State-of-the-art control, shape and test technology achieves angle tolerances of up to +/- 0.3°. Extra-high folding blades and sophisticated folding tools enable the all-round folding of container edges where other providers have to weld together individual sections. We process small parts on small and fast, (economical) folding presses. Using these machines we can even produce very intricate forms. The folding presses shown here can handle profile lengths of up to 4000 mm. Do you need even larger flanged lengths "in a single piece"? Just ask - and we'll be happy to oblige!
