Our Service

With our waterjet and laser cutters we can manufacture interconnecting sheet profiles where the weld seam is required solely for the purpose of positional stability.
Waterjet cutting enables bevelling of the cut edges, which is the ideal preparation for weld seams.
Our partners, the civil engineers ASTATEC GmbH & Co. KG, can provide you with a structural analysis.

We are certified welding specialists in accordance with DIN 18800-7!
Bending tests on 15 mm thick metal sheet made of the Mat. 1.4529 were carried out as part of the process tests for this material to establish how complete and homogeneous our weld seams are. It was found that not the slightest crack occurred in the area of the weld seam. Our company is regularly audited by the Welding Training and Research Institute (SLV) in Duisburg.
