Component assembly
Your advantages at a glance:
Components such as housings with covers, incl. hinges, seals and fasteners, are completely assembled in-house. We supply a finished, fully functional housing, which enables quick and easy mounting of your electronic components or custom-built installations.
For large and small stainless steel components, we have a special assembly hall. Here we can weld, screw-mount and surface-finish components weighing up to 5 tonnes.
We can process units of up to 3 x 2.5 x 14 metres. However, it is important to make sure that such large components can still be transported. Using a bridge crane or special 5-tonne four-directional lift trucks, we are able to move even awkard, bulky components.
